Take 495 to the Dulles Toll Road going west, VA 267, to VA-7100 North (exit 11.) Turn right immediately after the exit, then turn left at the first light onto the Spring Street ramp. Turn right onto Spring Street and turn left at the first light onto Herndon Parkway. Turn right onto Exchange Place. You will see a sign for Physiotherapy Associates; building 516, suite D. There is ample free parking in front of the building.
