
Julie Shishino -
PT - Practice Manager
Julie is a Southern California native. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Physical Therapy Program at California State University, Northridge.
She went on to become a Certified Integrative Manual Therapist in 2002.
She has worked at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Rehab and Out-Patient Therapy, Marina Rehab; and has participated in the Traveling Therapist Program practicing throughout California, New Mexico, Colorado, and Nevada.
Upon returning from her travels, she worked at Gail Wetzler Physical Therapy, a holistic private practice which specialized in CranioSacral, Visceral, and IMT work.
She then opened her own private practice, Julie Shishino Physical Therapy / Facial Paralysis Center of Los Angeles, now known as CenterIMT Los Angeles where she continues as the practice manager.

Curt Bouton - Physical Therapist
Curt was born and raised in New Orleans. He graduated from LSU with degrees in Psychology and Spanish as well as Physical Therapy. He has worked in a variety of settings throughout his career, including UCLA Outpatient Rehab, private practice sports clinics, andin-patient/out-patient hospital settings. He has taken many courses in Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) over the past 6 years.
In his spare time Curt enjoys working out at the gym, home repair, and is active in the Los Angeles Conservancy, protecting historic buildings in L.A.

Wendy Matsuda - Physical Therapist
Wendy Matsuda was born in Hong Kong, but grew up in Southern California. Wendy graduated from UCLA with a BS in Physiological Science and Art History. She received her clinical doctorate in physical therapy degree from the University of Southern California in 2000. Wendy began taking IMT courses in the fall of 2000. Wendy has worked in mostly outpatient settings, but has also worked in inpatient home health and neuro-rehab facilities.In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies and spending time with her husband Todd, son Cole, and dog Kara.

Karen Shiba - Physical Therapist
Karen Shiba earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California in 1976 and her post-graduate certificate in Physical Therapy from Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles School of Physical Therapy in 1978. She earned the American Physical Therapy Association’s Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2001 and the Westbrook Educational Group’s certification (Integrative Manual Therapist, Certified) in 2005.

Green - Front Desk Staff
Lorraine Green came to CenterIMT Los Angeles originally as a patient. When administrative help was needed, she enthusiastically offered her services and soon became a full time staff member.
Laurie Shishino - Front Desk Staff
With her background in dance, Laurie often got to be Julie’s guinea pig/bad example of physical health. After retiring from performing, Laurie segued into behind-the-scenes support/admin work in production and media.
