Author: Wanda Manos, MT
Abstract: This article is a short case study that illustrates the benefits of Systems Work on a woman who was experiencing flu symptoms for a prolonged period of time. The woman had been out of work for almost three weeks. She was treated with Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) focusing on the Inflammation Series. Prior to coming in for IMT treatment, the woman had investigated other modes of therapy which had been unsuccessful. When the IMT therapy was completed, the woman reported that the treatment was the breakthrough or turning point in her recovery.
