It has been said that you are what you eat……
Or at least what you eat, plus supplements!
An integral piece to the healing process involves proper nutritional support. A healthy diet will supply the body with many of the building blocks necessary for healing, however, many clients with injuries are not able to absorb these vital nutrients through their current diet. Our staff consists of several experts in the field of nutrition who can make the proper recommendations on supplements and diet. During CenterIMT Intensives, you will most likely receive a nutritional consult. This consult will involve supplement intervention and dietary/lifestyle recommendations. These recommendations are made to help support and/or rebuild multiple systems and tissues of the body which have been affected. Combined with Integrative Manual Therapy, supplements and diet changes facilitate the healing process. Supplements are typically recommended for short term, primarily to provide the body with an easier way to absorb nutrients and eliminate toxins.
