Your individualized treatment plan will include a Center-based Structural IMT program coordinated with a home-based Structural IMT program. There are many hands-on Structural IMT techniques that can be easily taught to just about anyone. Some techniques you may be taught to perform on yourself, while others may be taught to a family member or caretaker to perform on you.
Your Structural homework is vital to your progression. Currently, we are developing teams of lay-persons who are training in assisting clients and family members with completing homework (Homework Helpers) when needed. If the Structural IMT homework is not able to be completed apart from the Center, then, rest assured, it will be fully completed by our professionals at your next visit!
